Originally designed for the “Timber King” Frederick Weyerhaeuser by famed architect William Channing Whitney, this historically significant home underwent a full restoration, bringing the 1907 structure into the current century. A new matching clay tile roof, re-tuck pointed brick and stone, refurbished windows and doors, and a rebuilt two-story screen porch are just some of the appointments this grand home painstakingly received.
